1. Who we are

The data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy is SmartRingStore.com ("we", "us"), the operator of this website.

2. What we collect

We only collect what is needed to process and deliver your order:

• Order details — first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, city, region and postal code, country.
• Product configuration — the finish and size you select, the price applied and your order number.
• Your comment — anything you choose to write in the comment field.
• Technical data — the pages and sections you view, how long you stay, the referring address, an approximate country derived from your IP address, and your browser type. This is collected in aggregate for the site owner's own statistics.

3. Why we collect it and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

• Delivery carriers — to ship the parcel and provide tracking.
• Payment providers — to process the payment and confirm the outcome.
• Hosting and communication providers — who store the site and deliver notification e-mails on our behalf.
• Advertising and analytics providers — only after you give consent, and only in the limited form described in section 6.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. How long we keep it

• Order and delivery data — for as long as needed to fulfil the order, then for the statutory accounting period.
• Warranty records — for the length of the 24-month warranty, so a claim can be verified.
• Marketing consent records — until you withdraw consent.
• Aggregate visit statistics — in anonymised or aggregated form, without a link to your identity.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site works without advertising cookies until you accept them.

• Strictly necessary storage — your browser's local storage keeps a draft of your order form so you do not lose it if the page reloads. This is required for the site to work and cannot be switched off.
• Owner's own statistics — the sections you view, how long you stay and which options you pick are sent to the site owner through a private chat channel. This contains no advertising identifier and stops automatically when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
• Advertising and analytics tools — Google Ads and Google Analytics tags, if configured for this site, load only after you press "Accept all" in the consent banner. Before that they are blocked entirely, and the corresponding consent signals are set to "denied" by default.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings control, which is also linked in the site footer. You can additionally block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order. Payment card data is handled exclusively by the payment provider, which is PCI DSS compliant.
