1. Seller

Trademark notice. Oura® is a registered trademark of Oura Health Oy. This website is an independent reseller storefront and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Oura Health Oy.
2. How a contract is formed
Pages on this website are an invitation to place an order. Sending the order form does not by itself create a contract and does not charge you.
A contract is formed only when both of the following have happened:
- the payment provider has confirmed that your payment has succeeded, and
- we have confirmed the selected finish, size and delivery address.
If the finish or size you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we contact you and either offer an alternative or refund the full amount.
3. Prices, currency and the launch discount
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include the 15% launch discount:

The discount applies to every size, requires no code and is valid while stock lasts. Prices do not include any import duties or local taxes that may apply outside the European Union.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card on the secure page of our payment provider, in euros. Card details are entered on the provider's page and never reach this website. We do not store card numbers. If your card issuer declines the transaction, no order is created.
5. Delivery
Shipping is free. Orders placed before 3 pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; delivery then takes 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking number by e-mail once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may return the ring within 30 days of delivery. To do so, e-mail hello@smartringstore.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
- The ring must show no signs of wear and must be returned with all accessories and packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
- If the ring is returned damaged, engraved or incomplete, we may reduce the refund proportionally.
- Statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.

7. Warranty
Every ring carries a 24-month warranty covering the body, the battery and the charging dock against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover scratches, cosmetic wear, a lost ring, damage from abrasive substances or chemicals, water damage beyond the stated rating, or damage caused by repairs carried out by third parties. Warranty service is handled locally; contact us first before sending anything back.
8. Oura Membership
The ring works without a subscription: steps, calories, heart rate and an overall sleep score remain available. The optional Oura Membership at €5.99 per month unlocks Readiness, Activity, Health Radar analytics, forecasts and unlimited history, with the first month free. Membership is billed by Oura, not by us, and can be cancelled at any time in the Oura app.
9. Liability
The ring and the app are wellness devices. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use readings as a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the seller is established. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If a dispute arises, contact us first at hello@smartringstore.com — we will try to resolve it directly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
